The Story of Catalyze Value

The Idea

CATALYZE VALUE was born from Shamir Bharmal’s incessant desire to help others through his obsession with continuous improvement (Kaizen) and optimization. Shamir saw that organizations concentrate heavily on increasing top-line revenue at the cost often neglecting opportunities to generate incremental value from other areas that also drive EBIT. After several conversations with leaders and owners, he decided to do something about it - creating a platform to drive holistic internal operations strategies that leverage an organization's opportunities both above and below the line while unlocking the power of emotional intelligence and thus catalyzing value often from the inside-out.

Shamir works with directors, owners, managers, and customers to reverse engineer their fundamental goals at a micro and macro level – identifying what their value drivers are.The first is ensuring alignment between management's goals and outcomes.

Shamir collaborates with directors, owners, managers, and customers to reverse engineer their core goals on both micro and macro levels, pinpointing their key value drivers.
